| The electrically heated glass, also generally known as electric heating glass, is a kind of laminated glass product capable of heating and warming when the power is on. It consists of two - or multi-piece toughened glass stuck together by PVB or special-purposed film. On one side of the medium membrane of the laminated glass, superfine metal electric heating wires such as tungsten filament or constantan wire are embedded, or on the inner surface of the glass, transparent conductive film is coated so that the glass will be warmed after the power is on. The glass itself has the thermistor, which is connected to the temperature-control system and the surface temperature of the glass can be automatically controlled. The glass is of a certain impact security, and the maximum surface temperature is up to 40OC. The light transmittance is generally around 80%. |
